Generation troubleshooting

Real person name or likeness

A request may be blocked when the prompt or reference media appears to identify a real person.

• Remove real people’s names, stage names, social handles, and direct likeness requests from the prompt.
• Use your own image, a licensed image, or an original fictional subject you have permission to use.
• Describe visual traits without asking to reproduce a specific person.

Request blocked by safety requirements

Rewrite the prompt to remove unsafe, explicit, deceptive, or rights-infringing elements. Replace questionable reference media and try again.

Generation is temporarily busy

Wait a minute and retry. If the issue continues, shorten the prompt, reduce the number of references, or start a new generation. Failed generations are not charged.

Generation is taking too long

Keep the History page open while the job finishes. If it does not complete, retry from the failed result. For video, a shorter duration or fewer reference files may complete more reliably.

Reference upload problem

Use JPEG, PNG, or WebP images and MP4, MOV, or WebM videos. Each reference can be up to 8 MB, with a 24 MB total per request.
